Located in Southern Tuscany, near San Casciano Dei Bagni, villa La Vigna is a magnific Tuscan property offering stunning views across the rolling hills of the countryside and vineyards. The perfect location for a peaceful holiday and reunion villa for a large family, you will be within only 10 minutes’ drive from the town of Radicofani where you can find restaurants, shops, banks, supermarkets and much more. San Casciano dei Bagni is just 20 minutes’ away with even more shopping and relaxation venues and choices.

The villa develops over three levels.

On the ground floor we find a large open plan and bright living area with sofas, TV, fireplace, dining table with chairs, billiards table, and direct access to the outside. Extending from here we have a beautiful modern kitchen with excellent facilities. There is also one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower and direct access to the garden.

On the first floor we find another living room with access to the garden, three double bedrooms each with en-suite bathrooms with shower and tub, and one twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower.

On the second floor we have another living room with fireplace and TV. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms that can be twin or double (by joining the beds together), one double bedroom, one single bedroom with French bed. All the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with shower, one of which also has a tub.

Outside, the villa offers a private and heated swimming pool (10x4.5m; 1.5m deep; equipped with automatic electronic system that covers it with a remote) with sun lounges and umbrellas and a room below it with sauna for 4 people, as well as comfortable outdoor furnishings. There is a covered gazebo with round table and chairs for al-fresco meals. A large garden with small vineyard, olive groves, tennis court (rackets and balls not provided; court has uneven bounce therefore not suitable for serious players) and table tennis will make this ideal for a family with children.
