The apartment Bacchus has 56,5 square meters and is located in south west location (sunset side) with a nice view over the surrounding hills and Radicondoli. The apartment was renovated in 2008 in typical Tuscan style.

It is equipped with a living room with integrated kitchen, bath/WC and 2 bedrooms. In the lounge is a dining table with a fully equipped kitchen (5 burner gas stove, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, espresso machine, coffeemaker, toaster, boiler and mixer). Furthermore, a cozy sofa with double bed function and a fireplace as well as free Wi-Fi, 32 Inch Smart-TV with Wi-Fi connection and Netflix, stereo and central heating. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed (2 single beds). The bathroom has a shower, toilet, bidet and hair dryer. The access to the second bedroom and to the bathroom is from the main bedroom.
On the approximately 50 square meters terrace is a table, chairs, sun loungers, awning and a pergola.

Free shared use of the house’s panoramic bio-pool (saltwater - approx. 8,55 x 5,00m and 1,20 m high – varying on climate conditions the pool area is released from beginning / mid of May up to mid of October). The beautiful garden area surrounding the villa is shared by all guests and trumps with other terraces, a fish pond, a playground and a barbecue site.

The VILLA CASA RIPI is situated between Siena and San Gimignano 5 km far from the ancient village Radicondoli. Quiet but not remote, located in one of the most panoramic landscape in the hart of Tuscany and cultural richest area Italy. The farmhouse from the 10th century was restored recently lavish in typical medieval natural stone design.

The charming medieval village of Radicondoli is situated on a hill between Siena and Florence.
Within ten minutes by car from the apartment you can find bars, excelent restaurants, grocery stores, shops selling typical local products, the tabacconist, a bakery, a post office, a pharmacy, a bank with bancomat and a tourist information office.

The village is perfect for an authentic tuscan experience far from mass tourism and because of its strategical position, it’s the ideal starting point for discovering Tuscany: Siena, Florence, San Gimignano, Volterra, Chianti, Monteriggioni, the San Galgano Abbey and much more.

Supermarkets and other shops are in Colle di Val d'Elsa and Poggibonsi, about 25 km away.
