'Everything great'

'Het ontbijt was erg karig en in de nacht was er veel omgeving herrie. De kamer was schoon en netjes maar de koelkast moesten we zelf even aanzetten en er was maar 1 bekertje aanwezig inplaats van 2 en 2 drink glazen.Kortom het kan beter. '

'Alles was goed, zwembad was lekker. Behalve de haan op het parkeerterrein deze maakte je vaak wakker. '

'Friendly staff at the welcome reception. Surpirsed I had to pay $9,95 for overnight parking. Facility is run down. Common area and elevator need some attention. Skipped the $16,95 breakfast. Unfortunately we couldn’t find another place to have breakfast nearby.'

'My experience with the hotel was terrible. I had to change rooms a total of four times, and both the hotel and the rooms had a horrible odor. However, the staff was wonderful. They were kind, professional, and provided excellent customer service throughout my stay. Randa and Harsha were truly the best part of my experience. While I was extremely disappointed with the condition of the hotel, I genuinely appreciated the kindness and excellent service provided by the staff.'

'Beautiful hotel that pays attentions to the details. Do not stay anywhere else when visiting Albany. You will not be disappointed.'

'Great clean friendly hotel staff'

'Bij aankomst ( 17:30 ) bleek het zwembad reeds gesloten, verder goed hotel'

'The carpet was dirty and torn in many places , the tub was dirty and stained , the ceiling in the bathroom had mold , the box spring had burn marks , the room stunk of cigarettes , paid for this trashy place . Wouldn’t recommend, could’ve stayed somewhere for less but I don’t like to because this is what you get at a $50 room'

'The rooms were clean the staff was great'
