While we had several engagements to attend, it was comforting to return to a welcoming and comfortable environment. We had anticipated utilizing the pool facilities; however, there appears to have been a misunderstanding regarding its location. The hosts were courteous and accommodating which was appreciated.'

'The property is very roomy and cozy. The host was very attentive and welcoming. There was homemade brownies for us to enjoy upon arrival, which was a sweet touch. The central location is perfect as mostly everything was a short driving distance away. The only downside is that it is a busy street with lots of traffic noise. The wind chimes in the backyard do a great job of drowning out some of that. The hot tub was fantastic!'

'For us this was an extremely short 36 hour turnaround trip. My husband and I live in Texas we found a kitten that was hit by car and nursed it back to health. My brother drove from California to adopt it. This was a perfect halfway point for both of us. So much better to rent a house than have to stay in a hotel or motel. 'Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. The hotel is well decorated, and the rooms are comfortable and well taken care of. The common area's (hallways, etc.) could use a bit more attention and better cleaning. We also had the unfortunate situation that a leak occurred in our room during our stay (water dripping from the ceiling into our bed). The staff however moved us into another room directly and offered free breakfast, great way to handle such a situation! Breakfast was very good.'
