Even after moving to the main building, the property felt so dated that we could clearly hear the sewer and plumbing sounds from the upstairs bathroom. Given the high nightly rates, the value just isn’t there—especially since the resort has no official partnership or special access relationship with the TPC Sawgrass golf course.'

'Front desk lied about occupancy when outright rejecting my late checkout request. The flip side is the room was spotless. Maybe because front desk gatekeeps and prevents housekeeping from becoming overwhelmed from late checkouts. She might have time to do her job? I recommend this place. But don't be thinking you're getting any late checkouts. You'll get a new and clean stay with decent breakfast and all day coffee. Win.'
