This attic apartment (mansarda) is in a quiet residential area of Marina di Ragusa, about 300 metres from the beach and the centre. This is a strategic position because the residence is located in a very quiet and calm place in front of a free public parking area. On one hand you can easily walk to the main places, restaurants, and pubs.

The attic apartment with sea view (35 sqm) is an ideal space for hosting 2–3 people. Located on the third and top floor (without elevator) of a modern building, it features large sliding windows and a spacious furnished terrace (30 sqm) with a table and chairs. The accommodation is perfect for a couple's holiday and enjoys a panoramic view of the entire gulf of Marina di Ragusa. In 30 minutes by car, you can easily reach the beautiful Baroque towns of the Val di Noto: Ragusa, Ibla, Modica, and Scicli.
