Dear Michael, our property is a five star hotel due to the importance of the history of the place where everything has a specifical means. Probably what you excepted to find here it is not in line with your personal style. As for the pool, we could cover it during the period that it is not possible to use it, but we did not do it for two reasons. The first reason is that the mosaic inside the poll would be damaged by the thermal shock. The second reason is that we prefer to see the pool in its own natural contidition rather than a coverture. Its natual aspect reminds of the nordic lakes with all the gardens around. We could have provide you all these explanations if you had just asked to us. Unfortunately the weather during your stay was not good and this is the motive you did not find any outside seatings. Our rooms are all different and what they have in common is the preciousness of what they have inside and they are categorized as Classic, Superior, Deluxe and Suite not for the sqm but for their furniture. We gave you the room you booked, that is to say a Superior room. We are afraid that your stay was not as you expected, we hope to host you again with an other mood to give you the possibility to appreciate this unique place.

Merci d’avoir examiné notre hôtel. Les appréciations nous aident à continuer, les critiques à améliorer, et les clients à choisir. Notre réponse pourrait être dans les commentaires des autres voyageurs, mais chaque client est unique. L'hôtel est situé dans la campagne de Raguse, à demi route entre la ville et la mer, accessible d'une des routes principales de la province, au début de laquelle se trouvent les principales activités commerciales de la ville. L’Eremo, comme son nom indique, était un ancien monastère, qui est devenu une résidence privée au XVIIIe siècle. La restructuration a été réalisée en différentes phases, avec le regroupement progressif des différentes parties, il a maintenant 20 chambres. Les chambres ont été restaurées des cellules des moines ou des ajouts qui ont été faits au cours des périodes après jusqu'au milieu du XIXe siècle, en utilisant un style simple et meubles originels de famille. Toute la structure est restée à la taille de la famille qui y habitait depuis la fin du XVIIIème siècle, la piscine est creusée dans la piscine en pierre de l'époque. Quant aux mouches, nous sommes à la campagne, avec des arbres fruitiers dans le jardin, sans utilisation de produits chimiques. À votre arrivée, le personnel a proposé une chambre plus grande, avec un petit coût supplémentaire, mais il y a eu un malentendu sur le nombre total de nuits (5 ou 1 moins), nous avons convenu vous payez 4 nuits; malgré cela, vous avez rapporté cet épisode, convaincu que nous voulions vous tromper. Comme je vous ai expliqué, la réservation a été effectuée via une agence de voyage en ligne, vous auriez dû la modifier par eux. Enfin, il nous fait plaisir d’avoir le restaurant avec produits bio, et les clients choisissent de rester avec leurs pieds sous la table. Leur âge importe peu. Que vous ayez apprécié le petit-déjeuner, cela nous console.
