'The room floor is as dirty when we arrived tha our socks were black. We asked for it to be cleaned the housekeeper said no she was done. There was no cable our entire stay. They did not clean the rooms or have clean towels. Tried making a complaint but I was told to speak with Maureen but she impossible to reach. This is unacceptable! Do not stay here!!!'

'The hotel was beautiful and in an area that is gated and quiet. The front desk staff are the rudest people I have ever met. Be prepared to be talked to like you’re dumb. The valet staff is amazing and courteous. Front desk needs tons of training. '

'mooi hotel alleen jammer dat ze niet iedere dag de kamer komen schoonmaken. maar helaas is dat nu steeds vaker in amerika. je betaald toch ook gewoon voor de kamer dus vind schoonmaken iedere dag toch wel zeer gewenst. je kon wel extra handdoeken krijgen'
