'Overall the stay and accommodations were good. A couple minor items of constructive criticism. First, there is another larger cabin/house that appeared to be part of the property near the entrance. We incorrectly assumed it was the owners' and that the garbage dumpster near the road was the one we were to use for our garbage. 'We didn't get to see any animals during our 9 day stay. A limb went through the roof and it rained and was damp and had a mildew smell so we were put in a nice cabin for the first night while they fixed it. The next day we moved into the cabin. It smelled nice. After 3 days the mildew smell came back. The cleaning crew failed to clean behind the sofa and nightstands but the rest was visually appealing. I think maybe due to the limb coming through the roof during a storm, it might be a good idea...

'Great place and beautiful property with mountains, woods and a river. A nice camping cabin but it is rather rustic. AC worked great as did the hot water for the whole family. Well appointed kitchen for preparing meals. Small fridge so bring a cooler. Had a major problem with yellowjackets but the owner responded quickly with a chemical treatment and adjusted the rate very fairly. All in all a nice family getaway. '

'This cabin was perfect for our Fourth of July weekend. There’s a big pool, horseback riding, a big pond and creek for fishing and the cabin comes with a fire pit and grill.
