'The hotel is a bit out of the way, but there is plenty of parking, and they take care of the driver too. There was a welcome New Year's day cake in the room, and a plate of cookies, homemade chocolates and fruits. Who can ask for anything more?
The included breakfast and dinner was exceptional, a liberal feast with staff hosting every guest personally. Exceptional food quality.

'This was terrible experience lost my money, there were no toiletries, no phone in the room to connect with reception. Nobody was ever at the reception probably why they don’t give phone in room.

'Beautiful property snd rooms are very spacious and comfortable. It has all the modern amenities while retaining the old school charm of such an old building. We loved the wood burning fire place in the room as well. Breakfast was really good and staff at breakfast place was very friendly and courteous and service was top notch. Afternoon high tea was also amazing. Property has a beautiful courtyard and several charming cottages and suites. Highly recommend staying here for Ooty visit'
