'Great Stay'

'Wij hadden de suite, wat een keurige ruime kamer is. Het hotel ligt erg rustig gelegen, 's nachts geen lawaai, wat een oase is in de drukte van India. Het restaurant heeft een terras waar je heerlijk zit. De keuken is uitstekend, probeer de veg. springrol eens, de beste die we ooit geproefd hebben! Echt een aanrader, dit hotel.'

'The owners were very kind and full of hospitality. I arrived at this guest house in the early morning, but they accepted me. Because I had no plan about the transportation for the sight seeing and wanted to explore the local place, the father offered me to be a driver and a guide for whole day and took me to the shopping at the local vegetable market. 'The Comfort Inn Sapphire is a great Western-style hotel close to the old city of Jaipur and a relatively short tuk-tuk (auto rickshaw) ride away from the Amber Fort (we paid 200 rupees). In terrms of the room, the bed was comfortable, the AC worked great (offering relief from the extreme heat of Jaipur in May), the shower had solid pressure and heat, the hotel provided complimentary bottles of water daily, and, overall, made for an extremely clean, comfortable stay. 'Although the hotel is located in isolated area, close enough to the city center and the airport. The room is clean enough even for Japanese tourists, hot shower is available and hotel staffs are so friendly and supportive. '

'The address of the property listed on Expedia and contact number both were not correct . We struggled to reach to the property and room was also not clean and full of smoke . On request staff changed our room but still the quality of this hotel is not as per the stars given to the property . Bedsheets , walls of the room are all stained and of poor quality . Breakfast had only basic items though . Overall my stay at this property was poor .'
