'Clean and the staff was friendly'

'The check in was great.'

'Good location away from the freeway. Quiet. Good night sleep'

'The property was under construction. However, there was no warning of this during the reservation process and there was no discount offered for this. The shower was not clean. The manager was not helpful when we checked in.'

'My check in started with the staff looking in my bags which were open tote bags, not her business. I had a room next to the elevator and ice machine which made noise all night. I had to call the front desk twice because of constant loud noise above my room. The shower was not cleaned. There was visible dirt and hair on the floor also, clothes from the previous guest were still in the bathroom. The courtesy coffee was not drinkable. The air unit in the room has a light so bright it disrupts...

'Overall sanitation was excellent.'

'What I liked was that everything was as expected and I didn't have to do anything except go to sleep comfortably.'

'Traveling, so I only stayed one night. Only thing that stood out was that the desk clerk saw that I was elderly and limping slightly, and gave me a room really close to the front desk, and the breakfast bar. I thought that was pretty thoughtful. Didn't get his name but he was very young and courteous....'

'Everything was clean. The breakfast was good. The restaurant - Morgan’s had good food and cocktails.'

'The property was clean and quiet ( no road noise) the bed was comfortable, the access to my room was good. The price is unbeatable! Only negative is the carpet in the room . Needs to be replaced. Has permanent stains. Room has a microwave and mini fridge . I felt safe staying there. I have stayed there three times in the past two years . It is very convenient to Hwy 77. Lots of restaurants nearby.'

'The room wasn't ready when I got there. It's was a no smoking but smelled terrible of cigarette smoke. There was a puppy in the room next to mine that cried half the night. No coffee cups or creamer. Definitely not worth what I had to pay. Had to ask for ice, they would give it out in a plastic bag. Definitely will not stay there again.'

'Ok'

'The girl at the reception at our arrival was very nice and helped us out greatly. Unfortunately the room smelled of cigarettes and could use renovation.'
