The staff was so nice and inviting. I was checked in by Imara and met the manger Angela. They were so nice! The Hotel was nice and clean I would have gave it five stars but they don't have a ice machine.

State no extend hours for check in…
Made res. On road at 1 pm. Arrived at 1:15am. Lobby locked and had to use phone to get attendant. Michelle called 2 times before Simone answered. Waited for 15-20 minutes and called again. Finally someone came. Did not state that there no “extend hours for check in.” Very unsafe standing in dimly lite area for a long time at then 2 am before able to get cars for room! State on website clearly!

Very unsavory and just plain gross. After dropping off our bags - with great hesitation - we went out to dinner. When we returned, there were police gathering, people scattering, and an ambulance picking up a young man. We put our stuff back in the car and left.

Late night invasion of cigarette smoke
The intensity of smoke in a non-smoking room was extremely horrible. I remember waking up early in the morning to my entire room filled with cigarette smoke. Almost as if someone was in the room smoking directly beside me. To be clear, the initial room smell was stale smoke and later it became active cigarettes smoke. I believe there’s a major problem with the ventilation system which pushed the smoke from an adjourning room into the rented room provided.

The room looks nothing like the picture online, the carpet and curtains were old and filthy. The room smelled strongly of old cigarette smoke, I had to buy Febreze air freshener to try to freshen the room up but it was not much help The kitchenette looked dirty and old and loud noises kept coming from inside like there was something running around back and forth. There was a crumb like substance on the blanket on the bed, not sure if it was food or from the ceiling. Did not like the room at all and I checked out a day early there was no need to ask for another room because I'm pretty sure all the rooms were like this. The staff however, were very friendly and nice.

Hands down best location all around
From reservation to check in/out, not only is this location the definition of what I call"above and beyond" it's also without question the cleanest, most helpful and polite location of all the extended Stay locations in the Durham/Raleigh area. I normally don't do this but it feels necessary to give the GM Mrs Angela a quick shout-out for her positive and outgoing attitude that lacks almost every other location. Thank you guys for making my stay as easy and comfortable as you can provide!
