This establishments only saving grace is the extremely nice and accommodating front desk staff. It looked as though it hasn’t been cleaned in a while and there was a roach in the room. There was hair in the bathtub and the toilet.

Avoid this place like the plague
Avoid this hotel if possible. The room was absolutely disgusting. Food on the counters, sand all in the floors, everything was sticky, mold in the bathroom and floor was curling up by the tub. There were groups of people hanging out in the parking lot all day and night drinking and smoking something that did not smell like tobacco or weed, if you get what I’m saying. We wound up leaving and not even staying the night. The guy at the front desk was really nice though. Oh, they also charge you a $100 deposit at check in, which when I booked through hotels.com was not mentioned anywhere.

The staff is unfriendly and unhelpful- there are no business services - no print or fax services. Dog pee was in the hallway, and the family over my room stomped so hard I thought they were going to fall through the ceiling The sinks are stained, the rooms smell, the shelves inside the refrigerator were torn and no sides on the doors. The carpeted floor had some glazy white stains on them and bugs were in the room. Then this facility charged my credit card without my authorization. The management is very shady. There are better places to stay in NC. Stay away from here

Staff was clearly not thrilled to be working there or to have to attend to guests. Toilet in my room wasn’t working and when I went to lobby to report it, I didn’t see a staff member and saw another guest waiting, so I left it. Overall not a great atmosphere when you walk in. But I guess you get what you pay for. I will not be staying at an Extended Stay hotel again, I’d rather pay $20-30 extra for better service and a better experience.

The room was ok. The bed wss a little small, but manageable. When my daughter and I walked into the room the window was cracked open and we tried to close it but the top would slide close and the bottom would not and vise versa. So we left it alone. The toilet leaked around the base everytime you flush it. And they really need to do something about their parking lots, add more on or something. We were out late and came back and literally there were no parking spaces. I rode around the building 3 times before I finally decided to squeeze my SUV in between a work truck and another vehicle. They have cars taking up spots their with no tags, it's ridiculous. And people hanging outside just staring at you. I didn't feel comfortable where I had to park on the other side of the building.

Feels like home!
This hotel is the closest thing to home. The kitchen is perfect for cooking dinner and the bathroom is big. Ms. Chenek helped us find the perfect room so that we could stay for an extended period. Because of her we have been able to stay for over a month! Thank you!

The hotel wasn't five start but the staff was helpful and friendly and the price was affordable! Our room had clean sheets and towels but required a surface clean which we had to do ourselves. Some of the guests didn't seem to follow Covid mask rules but we are from out of state and possible NC isn't as strict as where we live.

Probably one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at . It smelled of cat pee , dog and smelly feet . It seems to cater to a lower element of clientele who stay up late at night ,smoke pot and talk loudly. We were awaken our last morning by a lady who was screaming while holding a baby , outSide our window . She was mumbling incoherently when I went outside to help her. It was obvious to me she was strung out on drunks . The hotel is however in a nice area . I would recommend picking a different hotel if you want to stay in the area . Wish I had 😡😡😡

This involves deep cleaning our rooms after our 4-legged guests stay or a long term guest stays so the suites will be allergen-free and fresh smelling for our guests. We will revisit our deep cleaning program to see where we can make improvements so future guests are not similarly impacted. Moreover, we are sorry you were inconvenienced by the noise from other guests.
