Hilltop Cottage is a charming Cape Cod-style single -family home located in Raleigh’s Midtown. Whether you're here for an extended vacation or working remotely, this cozy retreat offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience. With contactless check-in, fast Wi-Fi, and all the essentials, your stay will be effortless.

Living room:
This space is bright and airy, featuring comfortable furnishings designed for relaxation. It includes a 55" Roku TV and a soundbar for an enhanced entertainment experience. Original hardwood floors add to the room's charm, and a wood-burning fireplace is perfect for cozy nights in.

Dining nook:
The built-in breakfast nook, complete with plush pillows and seating for four, offers extra space for dining, entertaining, or working. It's the perfect spot for morning coffee or an afternoon read. This east-facing room is bathed in natural light every morning, creating a cheerful start to your day.

Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully stocked with quality cookware and all the essentials needed to cook and entertain, making it easy to prepare delicious meals at home.

For your morning routine, there's a 14-cup drip coffee maker, a coffee grinder for whole beans, and a Keurig with coffee pods. We also provide a selection of our favorite local coffee, a variety of teas, and honey to get you started during your stay.

Bedroom 1 and en-suite bath:
The bedroom features serene decor and includes a queen bed with hotel-quality linens, blackout curtains, a noise machine, and a quiet overhead fan for a restful night's sleep. You'll also find a 32" TV, nightstands with storage, a full-sized chest of drawers, and a walk-in closet.

The attached bathroom offers a bathtub/shower combo, a bidet, fluffy towels, and ample storage space.

Bedroom 2 and full bath:
The bright, east-facing second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, a chest of drawers, two nightstands, dimmable lamps and a versatile drop-leaf desk that can be tucked away when not in use. For optimal comfort and rest, the room includes blackout shades and curtains, a noise machine, and a ceiling fan.

The second full bathroom features a spacious tub/shower combo.

Outdoor space:
Enjoy a park-like setting in the private, fully fenced backyard—ideal for pets. Relax on the deck or unwind on the covered patio, which includes lounge chairs and a table seating for four. There’s a convenient gas grill for cookouts and entertaining.

The property is equipped with a smart lock for easy access and a digital thermostat to help you maintain your ideal temperature.
