'Room itself was clean. The only dirty part of the room was the bathroom. A little bit of trash was on the floor but it was all the way under the counter. The back of the doors in the bathroom had a bunch of hair on it. It looked like room service wiped the counter and sink and used the same rag on the back of the doors. Staff was great! My remote for the tv had dead batteries and the guy at the front desk changed them for me and it worked after. Breakfast was not great. The biscuits and gravy...

'So my wife and I and our 18 yr old sp.needs son and our 5 year old grandson stayed at this property.There were people outside dealing and smoking drugs and the staff was notified...nothing was done.the breakfast was subpar,no fruit the cereal was taken awy and they didnot have a variety.The eggs had about a quarter inch of water in it.it was just terrible.'

'Sadly my experience was poor! From check in wing poorly staffed. Waited an hour to check in and made me lose my prepaid parking spot due to lot being closed as was late for entry to lot and had to walk a far distance and be late for concert. So upon entering non smoking room, it smelled like smoke and the shower was dirty and the floor dirty and the fridge not cold enough for food and drink. 'I couldn't stay at the hotel because the rooms smelled like cigarette smoke and the AC didn't work. I have asthma, so I had to leave. I need a refund for the booking.'
