This is a really cute and central spot with great access to all downtown Raleigh has to offer!

We are very close to Transfer Co. Food Hall and Moore's Square where they have put in an amazing new park for downtown events. Lot more in 8-20 min walk or a 2 minute drive or Lyft/Uber ride.

Please keep in mind this is city-living, so if you aren't used to staying downtown please be aware: neighbors are a mix of poor and extremely wealthy, as is typical with most downtowns. Lot's of newly built expensive homes and short term rentals in this area. Enjoy the Popular Downtown Raleigh!

Getting around
---------------------

Getting around in Raleigh is quite easy and fun! Walk a few blocks to awesome restaurants, and museums or stroll in the park. Bikes and scooters are located in the city to use for a small fee. Uber/Lyft are available as well! Feel free to drive as there is parking downtown with metered spaces and some free parking as well.

We offer free parking for up to 2 cars - On-premise Carport with 24/7 camera surveillance. Additional free parking is available curbside.

House Rules

Please read and follow these house rules to ensure our house, our neighbors, and our community remain happy and safe.

- In accordance with Raleigh law, no parties or gatherings are allowed. Guests who break this rule will be asked to leave immediately and no refunds will be offered.

- Absolutely no smoking inside the house. Evidence of smoking will result in an extra $500 cleaning fee.

- A maximum of 2 cars may be parked in the carport at the front of the house at any one time, with NO EXCEPTIONS. There is additional street parking if you have more than two vehicles. NOTE: Please DO NOT park in the Apartments opposite the property!

- Pet fee $150 for 2 fur babies for a stay of up to a week.
- Please include pet(s) details - age, weight, breed, and proof of flea medication. Pet(s) brought into the house without approval will incur a $250 charge per pet.

- All visitors require prior approval by the host.

- No excessively loud noise at any time, and Quiet Hours are in effect from 11 pm to 7 am.

- Booking must be for the exact number of guests who will be sleeping in the house. Each unauthorized overnight guest will incur a charge of $100/per night

- Please run the dishwasher prior to checking out and please put garbage out on Thursday evenings. Also please leave towels in the bathrooms.
