Drug deals in the parking lot. I spilled my drink on the bed they kicked me out after paying and they went in my room while I wasn’t there. They also rented out my room while I was away and I left a whole pizza on the bed. Drunk people everywhere. Stay somewhere else.

I filled out online with the Red Roof local web site that I had a funeral to attend at 1:00pm I requested a early check. When I got there they could not find my reservations plus I had to pay $30.00 extra for early check in and I have never had to do that my entire life and I am 73 years old. Assessment of the Room 301 was no liquid soap in sink by bathroom and no liquid soap or shampoo in the shower either. Something told me to get out of there that the place would be rough at nite. Doors were open to some rooms on the 1st floor and people were wandering around the parking as well. I have mags wheels on my vehicle and something told me they would be gone if stayed that nite. once I changed close for the funeral I turned in my key and left and did not return and drove 4 hours back home after the funeral. This place needs to be inspected thoroughly and be shut down. I believe you will find they have some long term tenants staying there as well. Right before I checked in another guy brought his key back and said an emergency came up and he needed to cancel his room as well!

This property has bed bug, dust mites and or fleas !!!!! We left IMMEDIATELY and I still didn't get my deposit back ! The main office stinks even smells unsanitary!!!! So made I wasted $80 on the room and $50 for a deposit I should have gotten back by now ! I don't recommend this place AT ALL

I liked that it was next door to IHOP. The telephone did not work and I forgot report it. There was a blown bulb in the desk lamp. I liked that it was close to Duke as I had surgery the next day.

While the property itself is clean and presentable, and the beds very tidy and nicely made, the rooms are in serious need of maintenance! From the floorboards coming up, to the door being scratched by dogs, and the carbon monoxide detector ripped from the wall, to the spackle job done on the tub insert that looked like a toddler had done it, the conditions were gross. What really sealed the deal however, was the three cockroaches that were at home in the bathroom and sink area. Just too much! I booked two nights but left before the second night even though management kindly offered me another room. I did inspect the new room as well and the bathtub situation appeared just as bad, sadly.

Didn't love it, didn't hate it. Overall good.
We moved to the area and stayed here for 2 weeks. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was OK. Not super clean and the maintenance wasn't great (no remote, lights didn't work, windows didn't open, AC filter was dirty) but it was pretty quiet, in a decent neighborhood with access to multiple stores, right down the street; close to the freeway, great location. Would've liked a fridge and microwave. Overall, not bad.

Great value. I saw the other reviews, so I was a little wary at first. And I could see how the noise could be a problem, since all rooms face the street. That said, we stayed two nights and all was fine. Pros: 1/2 the price of the next lowest priced hotel in the area. Pets stay free. Clean! Big, comfortable king-sized bed. Enough lights and electric sockets. Shower pressure was fine with plenty of hot water. AC worked fine. TV 24/7 coffee, decaf & hot water in the office. Everything you might want is within walking/ 5 minute drive. Cons: Cramped -- bed takes up most of the room. While the room had a desk, chair, TV, there wasn't much room to spread out -- if that's important to you. Also, my room did not come with a microwave & fridge -- if I wanted them, they would charge me an extra $45 (I declined). And like I said, I was there on a Monday-Wed, and it was quiet. The staff went out of their way to make my visit special and the price was unbeatable! Since they allowed my pets, I didn't have to travel 45 minutes out of the way to stay at Motel 6 which was so nice. Being a single lady let me tell you I really appreciated only being 10 minutes away from town. Thanks.

Check the sheets right away.
When we first arrived to our room, we checked the bed's sheets. There were hairs and a "stain" left behind from the previous occupants. It was obvious that the bed sheets were NOT changed. Nick (front desk clerk) was awesome in getting us a room with clean sheets. He called the room to verify that everything was okay. Kudos to Nick. Shame on the housekeeper.
