HOUSE RULES:
• Please be mindful of the neighbors and respect our Quiet Hours – 10pm-7am

• Parties are not allowed!! A minimum fine of $500 will be charged if rule is not observed.

• Smoking is not allowed (including vaping). A minimum $250 cleaning fee if rule is not observed.

• Pets are not allowed. A minimum $250 cleaning fee if rule is not observed.

• Please complete Checkout procedures – A minimum $50 fee can be charged if the property is left extra messy, lots of trash left behind (our cleaners charge us).

• Unless prior arrangements (at least 36 hours before check-out time) have been made with the us, there will be a $50/hour charge for every hour past check-out time.

We loved this house! It was so convenient to downtown restaurants and activities. It was extremely comfortable, both furnishings and beds. There were so many helpful amenities. The house was also exceptionally clean. It was an overall charming home that we would definitely rent again.

Property was perfect for our family gathering of 4 couples!Comfortable bedrooms for all and great common area of living room and beautiful kitchen which was new and fully appointed with provided coffee grinds for am, snacks and cookware. Very communicative host who responded in 1 hour with 2 boxes of new wine glasses which went missing from the home. And easy walk to restaurants, breweries and activities.Great home!

Simply the best

First time visitor to Raleigh. I loved this house and its location. Convenient to downtown, museums were close by and a number of restaurants. Very quiet at night. Gayla was a fantastic host, responded to every question I had within minutes, very reassuring that any issue (there were none) would be addressed immediately. Five stars, I'd give six if I could.

An Excellent Group Stay 5 Mins from Everywhere

This was an excellent property to stay at and had more than enough room for me and 7 other family members. A beautiful restoration on this early 20th century house that had a lot more charm than you'd get at any of the downtown hotels. The kitchen and grill were handy when we didn't feel like eating at a restaurant. My only complaint is the parking situation may be tricky if you have more than 1 or 2 cars: 1 driveway spot then 2 hr street parking (during the weekdays) for any additional cars. However I know that comes with the territory of having a house downtown! Overall a great stay.
