'The hotel is exactly what we wanted for our stay: clean, quiet, nice breakfast and not too far from our activities. Coffee is set up all day which is very helpful. However, one drawback is that you have to use valet parking. It was very chilly outside and we could easily walk to our car, but instead we had to wait in the cold for 5-10 minutes waiting for it. I am not sure why the hotel requires valet parking. I don’t mind paying for parking but I’d like the option of keeping my keys and using...

'I called the hotel months in advance and multiple times to inquire about early check in, because I was traveling for a bachelorette and we needed to surprise the bride with a decorated room. I was told to call back the morning of our reservation and then was told it was not promised. Upon arrival, we were not able to check in early and killed time until normal check in and were not even able to check in at 3:00pm for their normal check in, waiting until 5:00 after pushing several times insisting...

'Parking was ok. TV was broken and reading light was broken> Requested maintenance for those two items three days in a row. Answer was always it will be fixed tomorrow. Never happened. We found the maintenance man in the hallway and he came and replaced the tv at 8:30 our last night. Bathroom needs more counter space and bathroom needs towel racks to hang towels to dry.'
