'Cozy atmosphere, friendly staff and good food and beers. They also have an outdoor car park suitable for vans.'

'The Mitre is a great old hotel, with loads of character. The location is fantastic for all amenities and the staff are very attentive. We really enjoyed our stay.'

'Loved breakfast '

'We stayed in a garden room at the hotel, and this was fine for a long weekend's stay and I'd happily use it again. The room was clean and tidy with good furnishings. The en suite bathroom too, was well appointed. There were some tea and coffee making facilities which we made use of and were fine. The location was ideal for us. Easily walkable from the railway station and very close to the river, bridge over the Thames and its associated amenities. It is also within easy walking distance of...

'Lovely room, great service, very welcoming. Only downside was having to share breakfast with a very large group of wedding guests. I’ll visit again though. '

'Nice clean and cosy rooms.'

'I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel and liked everything about it. The location was excellent, close to all the shops and everything I needed, while still being very quiet and peaceful. The mattress was very comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, which was especially appreciated during the heat wave while I was staying there. A special thank you to Daniel, who was incredibly kind and welcoming and made my stay even more special. I would definitely be happy to stay here...

'Great stay with a great host. Thanks for having us.'

'This was everything we needed. Good pub. Good food. Great staff. Perfect location for us. We will be back'

'Zeer goed hotel '

'Excellent service!'
