'The property is nice, however it was unclean, the sheets were stained, the room were not cleaned properly, there were cigarettes buds on the floor. It was supposed to be a non smoking room. The shower was not working. The lift does not work. The staff is not professional and lacks customer service experience.

'The hotel is absolute chaos and stay away from it. We had a 15 hours flight and they did not let us in with our Hotels.com booking. The explanation is rooms were fully booked and they did not receive the itinerary. Surprisingly they have rooms available for us to buy them at hotel. We don’t understand why they don’t sort our original booking. The rooms and toilets are appalling. The Air conditioner did not work properly. We did not found one thing that worked as per description. So disappointed.'

Food is good and a nice pool area.
Accommodation is very disappointing. We stayed in the apartment wing. Corridors are shabby with stained carpets and damaged doors. A fire door was left ajar ( using piece of cardboard) which is a safety violation. The fittings in the room were worn out and shabby. Air conditioning vents have not been cleaned for ages. Certainly not worth the Euro 300 per night. Quality more befitting a 3 star
accommodation. Maybe its time the top managers start doing a walk around to see for themselves.
