'My expectations were quite high because I have stayed at other Wyndham Costs del Sol hotels in Peru. My stay at this Wyndham costa del sol did not live up to my expectations basically because of the personnel at the reception. The hotel has a great location and good facilities though it is a bit outdated. When checking in I did not get the usual vip access as good member, but ok. The checkout was horrible though. 'I stayed here on my way home due to a medical emergency. The staff was very supportive and helpful. It's close to the airport and though my flight out was late they let me just stay in my room to lay down. They checked on me and made sure I was okay. If I ever go back I will stay here for sure!'
