'The rudest staff I’ve ever met. No where in there policy says you’re not allowed to have visitors. We just got to the hotel after driving 6 hours and my daughter and 4 girls from her vball team were staying at a nearby hotel and came to visit. I told this front desk person that they were visiting, not staying the night; but while they were outside she proceeded to tell them they were not allowed to comeback up to my room and they had to leave. 'The property was in very nice condition. However my only complaint is the quality of the mattress and linens. Very subpar for 2026. The sheets are very thin and the mattress was a spring mattress that had body indentations on it. Did not sleep well at all. If they would improve that I would stay more often, otherwise I’ll only use it in an emergency.'

Not only were they accommodating, but upon our arrival they helped us load a luggage cart to get to our room . The shuttle driver actually waited with my husband while I got a wheelchair assist.
