I paid in full for my room at reservation. When I got to the hotel the room was not available! The hotel gave it to other guests!! It was a horrible experience to get a room with 2 separate beds. A first floor room smelling like cigarette smoke, noisy with a leaky cooling/heating system. Never go back. Why do I have to become Bonvoy member to be treated well!!! don't know.

The check in was okay but it was hair in the shower and on the bed and my allergies flared up due to the dust in the room and when I spoke with someone at the front desk they acted all nonchalant about it

Great option in Rancho Cucamonga
We were going to drive back to Las Vegas, but the rain was so bad in Southern California. We decided to stop at this hotel at the last second which is basically the last hotel before going over the Cajon Pass. Turned out to be a great experience the room is clean the bed was comfortable and everybody who worked there is very nice. It’s a great option.

This location extremely clean, staff were all very friendly, polite and very willing to assist with anything we needed. Location was perfect should anyone need anything with plenty of shopping, dining, fuel. And very close to the highway for travel. We will not hesitate to stay here again
