I paid for a reservation I did not receive. I paid for a double room with king bed and received a single room king bed. Now I agreed to terms and conditions of my reservation that I reserved ahead of time this way I know what to expect when I arrived to the property. This is why it's called a reservation so that I'm entitled to what I pay for. This did not happen nor did I receive a refund. I went through so much of a hassle only to be disappointed in the end. I feel that I am entitled to express my opinion and concerns with this issue and now I have to go through corporate and management hire-ups just to be heard. This is such an inconvenience to me and I'm totally upset. Another issue is that I was unaware that this place was in the process of renovations and our laundrymat was closed to say the least. I'm very upset with this matter and the Hilton as well as expedia and it's representatives will be hearing about my concerns until I'm fully compensated for what I'm entitled. Something that was not my fault is being ignored and I will be heard one way or another. I paid too much for so little. Hilton needs to look into this. Matter ASAP to avoid customer negligence. All I'm asking is to be treated fair and with professionalism which was not done at all from this facility. To whom this may concern please understand that if you were in my shoes how would you feel....... EXACTLY!!!!
