The open and inviting living area features comfortable furniture, a 55' flatscreen TV with a Bluetooth-enabled soundbar, a dining table with seating for four, and a well-equipped, full kitchen with a breakfast bar. Step through the sliding glass doors and out onto your furnished patio complete with a table and chairs and a private gas grill. Guests will also enjoy access to shared tennis courts, swimming pools, and hot tubs.

Explore the park-like setting of this delightful community by following the road around the neighborhood for an energizing half-mile walk. Hop in the car and spend the day up on Mt San Jacinto via the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway (less than 15 miles away) where you will ascend to over 8,000 feet to experience breathtaking views of the Coachella Valley. Or for the more adventurous, head to the Indian Canyons area for a hike through the desert and an oasis to reach some spectacular waterfalls.

The utility deposit is $500 for 28 nights with $125 added for each additional week

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
