'Pointe House is an attractive, clean, and well-appointed vacation home. There is a friendly caretaker on site. The pool is very nice and the views are outstanding.The road to the village is a little rocky for walking after dark so renting a golf cart may be a good idea. '

'The Starfish property underpromises and overdelivers. The landscape is stunning, designed for both relaxation and entertainment, with plenty of seating areas throughout the yard. We spent mornings and evenings on the dock, covered by the palapa during tropical showers, and swimming straight off the ladder where we saw tons of fish, plus a dolphin and even a manatee.The house is in a great location—just a 10–15 minute walk to the village. 'My wife and I stayed in one of the cottages while viewing potential real estate deals. All communications were excellent leading up to and during the visit. Because we were visiting as Hurricane Beryl was forming the staff gave us there local view on what was coming so we could make decisions as we were moving on next to Ambergris Caye. 'This house is beautiful, spacious, and had everything except Kleenex. The views are very beautiful, the pool and heated spa was very relaxing and a short walk to town. Only negative was the dirt road when it rained.'
