'Dislikes: I didn’t like the mile high bed. Light in the room was dim. Heat settings are controlled centrally by the proprietor. We were in the sunrise room; we had to go down 3 steps to use the bathroom which was odd. My spouse killed a large spider in the bathroom. Amenities were few. Things I did like: the history of the Inn is very interesting , location was good. Breakfast was good, but different (breakfast meatloaf). Overall, I didn’t get the warm cozy charming vibe I was hoping for.'

'Loved the historic nature of the place. The staff was very welcoming. Bed was very comfy.'

'Everyone was so kind, house was beautiful and the food was amazing. Really made us feel like home. Highly recommend.'

'Very clean, good price, overall a great experience'

'We only spent one night here because my wife had training in the town of Purcellville. However, we were treated like family. Kenny, the general manager, was very kind, welcoming and attentive. He personally prepared our breakfast. Noé, the caretaker was wonderful and always available to us. Beyond that, this is one of the most beautiful, scenic properties I have ever experienced. You have to see it for yourself. Highly recommended!'

'Beautiful brand new facility. Very comfortable and quiet. Amazing breakfast (their other arm is a caterer). Thoughtful and attentive staff - we had to leave before breakfast and they packed it to go. They noticed what tea I drank and added it to our room. Very friendly.'
