Family home with Selfie Wall on the Hillside in safe & beautiful neighborhood

This beautiful modern family home was built in 2014 with vaulted ceilings and large rooms. The property features a Main floor master with en suite bathroom, new 2022 King Casper Mattress, SmartTV and walk in closet. Additionally on the main floor is a large family room with 55" SmartTV & unique selfie wall, dining area (plenty of games in dining closet), spacious modern kitchen, full hallway bathroom, and two additional bedrooms (1 room with queen, other room with Bunkbed: top twin/bottom full/ trundle twin) . Downstairs includes another family room with 55" SmartTV, desk/workspace, bedroom (queen), full bathroom, and attached oversized 2 car garage.

Rest assured, you’ll be staying in the most family friendly neighborhoods in Rapid City. If you’re looking to get around, Sturgis, Mt. Rushmore, Deadwood, Spearfish Canyon, the Black Hills, Badlands National Park, Hot Springs, Custer State Park, and the Wind Caves National Park are all less than an hour away. Local hiking/walking trail is right in your backyard. Easy access to the Rushmore Mall and Downtown.

This is a dedicated vacation property and furnished January 2022. ENJOY!!! LARGE LOT 0.29 Acres

The house does have a steep driveway. It is best accessed driving up at a slight angle, lowering your gear and pulling into the west side of the garage (less of an incline) or ample street parking. Not recommended to use when icy or with lowered vehicles. The Nissan Sentra pictured had no issues getting into the west side garage door January 2023 and did not scrape.

NOTE: Winter rates are significantly discounted and does not include snow removal (if needed: salt, broom, and shovels are available in the garage).

Stay was pretty good
Master bath drain was slow draining. Master bath lights were VERY dim, need brighter lights. Hall light with washer & dryer did not work. Garbage disposal did not work at all. Did not like the driveway at all! Too steep.

Excellent Stay
This was one of the cleanest best organized properties that we have ever stayed at. It was clean. It was easy to find stuff in the kitchen. Everything was labeled. It was a great location, nearby gas station, convenient store liquor store. Everything about this place says come stay here and enjoy South Dakota.

Always a good place to stay
Our second time here and always clean and well maintained. Could use a few new light bulbs, but otherwise great! Lots of room and good location. The driveway is definitely steep, but it’s doable as long as your car isn’t really low.

Quick family trip
Our daughter is a traveling nurse. She and her husband have been in Rapid City for about a month and we drove from Oklahoma to visit them. The people staying in the house were my husband and me, our middle daughter, her husband and our grandson, and our youngest daughter and her boyfriend. The house was perfect for us!

Clean & Well Equipped
The house is exactly as described and is a perfect location for a family vacation in Rapid City. The subdivision sits north of the heart of the city and feels extremely safe. The playground is excellent! Tie house was very clean and the kitchen well equipped. Like other guests mention, the driveway was too steep to use so we had to park on the street. Not a big deal. The beds were very comfortable and we all slept great which to me is the most important part of a rental. We would stay here again!

My mom, sisters and our kiddos came from Minnesota for a weekend to watch our niece rodeo. This house was a great layout for our littles. Needed to do a little baby proofing, but nothing we were surprised by! The listing was very accurate and there were no surprises. We had a great time!

Great Stay in Rapid
Beautiful house with great kitchen, comfy beds & quiet neighborhood. Convenient to all shopping and restaurants! When owner mentions a steep driveway, he isn't kidding. Don't bring a low sling car.. We have a Pacifica van & it did become part of the driveway as we proceeded to the garage. I would definitely stay here again! Great location!
