You will have access to the attached 2-car garage, large driveway and a deck with patio furniture and grill. This house features central air conditioning, 55 inch tv which has complimentary Netflix and YouTube TV. The kitchen is stocked with coffee and all of the essential cooking supplies and appliances. The washer and dryer are available for you to use as well.
The downstairs is the place to cool off after a hot day playing in the hills. There is a pub table, laundry and bathroom.
You will use the 2-car attached garage during your stay. So, you won't need to worry about the afternoon thunderstorms in the summer and frost on your windows in the winter. Our home is on the westside of Rapid City and in a mature and quiet residential neighborhood. Access to the bike path is two blocks away and you will be able to use the bikes and helmets while staying at our home. Canyon Lake is about 1 mile away and a great place to fish for trout, rent paddle boats or kayak.
Access to I-90 (Sturgis), Hwy 44(Pactola Lake and Buzzards Roost Hike), Hwy 16 (Mt. Rushmore) are all less than 10 minutes from the front door. Grocery stores and restaurants are close and located less than 1 mile away, too. You will have access to everything you need to make a relaxing and fun vacation.
