We very much enjoyed the comfort, location and views here! The kitchen was well equipped and everything was clean! We sat on n the balcony each night overlooking the lights! The Overlook was a fantastic place to stay for our South Dakota 'Road Trip'. The home provided all the space we needed for the 6 of us, was clean and well-stocked, and centrally located to all the sights we wanted to see. The home was great, as was the host. Cody communicated throughout the stay promptly answering my every question. The fam loved the space. The rooms were spacious and well maintained. I was surprised the bathrooms had everything including soap/shampoo which you don't get in all homes. Overall a perfect 5 star stay. Would happily stay here again.

WE WERE THERE 9-16-24 THRU 9-20-24. WE LOVED THE VIEWS FROM THE DECK AND PATIO BOTH AM &PM. ALL OF THE BEDS WERE COMFORTABLE. THIS IS AN END UNIT AND VERY EASY TO GET TO. CODY WAS VERY EASY TO CONTACT, AND HE CHECKED IN WITH US A FEW TIMES. I WOULD DEFINANTLY STAY HERE AGAIN.

Perfect home base for Mt Rushmore and the area

The Overlook was everything we had hoped for. We used it as a home base to see Mount Rushmore, the Badlands and more. Cody was very responsive and great with communication. The house was very clean, spacious, and perfectly laid out. People could play games and not disturb anyone trying to take a nap. The ping pong and foosball were a big hit with the family. The house is at the top of a hill and has beautiful views of the city below. If we visit the area again, we will definitely choose this location.
