Best lake view
The hotel is not newly built, but it still feels and looks new. Suit room was super spacious and best lake view ever. Tge only comment is their room is too dark in the evening, since most are only LED lights. Staff was polite and kind. Will definitely suggest for other to visit them too

It's a reasonable hotel with good service. The room is clean and comfortable. But the swimming pool is not so big.

I specifically booked this hotel for the pool. I was very disappointed to find that the pool is extremely small and unproper for use. No one watches it and when I went to check it out, there were pigeons playing in it... Needless to say I did not use it... Also, the first roon that I was assigned smell terribly of cigarette. Staff was quick to move me to another room that didn't smell.

Hotellilla on hyvä sijainti, mutta asiakaspalvelu oli todella huonoa ja ainakin meidän huoneemme surkeassa kunnossa. Olimme iloisia, kun kahden hengen huoneemme korotettiin isoon perhesviittiin ilman lisämaksua, mutta todellisuudessa huone oli törkyisessä kunnossa ja epämiellyttävä jopa yhdeksi yöksi metelin ja sotkuisuuden vuoksi.

The Swimmingpool was really small and there was some children with a trainer who was really loud teaching them swimming. No beach and shuttle to bublicbeach only 3 times. The staff were so friendly and the room was very comfortable. I liked it there cos Also the place

A 'tired' hotel.
The management is most likely doing their best to offer a reasonable stay for their clients making the most of what they have. However, it is time to revamp a bit: that is, to replace seriously stained carpets in common areas like in front of the lifts on the 10th floor; making sure each bathtub actually has a plug, and not to place torn sheets on any beds. Perhaps a word of advice to the cleaning crew to turn down the volume of their walkie talkies as not to disturb guests in their rooms.

Beautiful area. Cozy room.
I loved the area with a beautiful view outside from the hotel. Me and my friend we upgrade our standard room to suites with 130 dhs extra for 2night with tax. So we got huge space for our room and living room. The room as toilet was very clean. Just the cushion had some dirts but didn't bother us. The staffs were friendly and tried to help us. They were attentive in timely manner however it was hard to communicate with the staff especially with housekeeping team. Nevertheless, I would still recommend this hotel for couple and family or friends.

Good location for half marathon. Staff were a bit slow and incompetent at check in, they checked someone before us into an occupied room. We were with a 2 month old baby and arrived late at night 22:30, and still took over half an hour to check in. Also dont go for the half board option as it is not worth it as you do not get dinner included...

Good value for the money.
Nice and helpful staff. Got a free upgrade to the executive room which was very comfortable. Maintenance is a bit lacking. Mold in the bath tub corners, balcony door almost not possible to open, ac control unit not working properly, room always too cold by using the ac. And a bit smelly.

Für eine Übernachtung ist ok. AC sehr laut, Gitter der AC Anlage sehr verstaubt. Teppichboden nicht sehr vertrauenserweckend. Sauberkeit und Zustand in einem nicht so guten Zustand. Badeschuhe empfehlenswert (keine im Zimmer). Plus ist der freundliche Empfang und das Cafe in der Lobby

رحلة مناسبة
الإقامة كانت جيدة ، ولم أتمكن من المكوث طويلاً في الفندق ، لم اجرب الفطور رغم الحجز مع الفطور ، خدمة الاستقبال لا باس ، وكنت انتظر منهم ترقية للغرفة لكن هذا لم يحدث! رغم طلبي ! على العموم غرفتي كانت مناسبة ، ما ازعجني إضافة رسوم رغم دفعي كافة الضرائب والرسوم اثناء الحجز ! صحيح مبلغ بسيط لكن لماذا ؟ لا تتوفر مواقف كافية امام الفندق ، و تضطر ان تتصرف ، تدبر نفسك ! وعندما جاء عامل الفندق الي اخبرني بفرض رسوم خدمة صف السيارة ( وهذه اول مرة اسمعها في فندق محترم ) ! المهم اني تركته وتدبرت امري بنفسي ! الفندق قديم نوعا ماء لكنه يحتفظ بشيء من الخصوصية ويتميز بموقعه الجميل وقربة من أماكن الزيارة ! وقد اعود له في المستقبل ان لم تكن لدي خيارات افضل ! وقربة من المسجد ، يعني ما يحتاج تركب سيارتك ، بعد خطوتين ، والمسجد زين ! قنوات التلفزيون للأسف سيئة ، فقد بحثت عن قنوات ترفيهية او قنوات رياضية او ثقافية فلم اجد ، حتى الإخبارية تعبانة ! وين قناة راك ( راس الخيمة ) كيف ما تضيفون قناة الامارة ! وقناة القران الحرم ، غير موجوده ! والصورة غير واضحه بعد ! ارجو الاهتمام بهذه الأمور التفصيلية فهي مهمة للنزيل والا انا شو جايبني عندكم ( انغص على نفسي يعني ) !

العاملين في الفندق لطيفين ويحاولون المساعده الجيك ان مش سريع الغايه ولا بطيء وسط واعتبره جيد ومناسب الغرفة نظيفه جدا ولكن الاثاث مش جديد ولكن نظيف سخان الماي كان فيه صدأ وما ازعجني ان أتصلو علي الساعة 10 يذكروني بالجيك أوت وعطوني سلعه اضافيه مجانيه وهاتف الغرفة كان خربان تقييمي له اقل من ممتاز يعني جيد ويفي بالغرض

Great location, nice staff
Our check in was very quick and we were upgraded to a suite by mr Singh who was very polite. He offered us suggestions on things to do in RAK. The hotel is located right on the corniche with great eateries around. The hotel service was excellent and I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel. Great value for money!
