Mooie ligging en heel vriendelijk personeel Slecht onderhouden zwembad , plastic hangt gewoon 30 cm los bij de trap Schimmel in badkamer Amper voldoende waterdruk om te douchen Hotel zit vol met russen die all inclusive formule geboekt hebben Ontbijt is een vreet schuur Ik had sea view geboekt en kreeg roof view.

Du personnel très attentif. Les repas étaient bons, mais les mêmes plats revenaient souvent. Il faut eviter les heures de forte affluence si vous voulez manger dehors. Il y a beaucoup de familles avec des enfants en bas age. Aussi, beaucoup d'Allemands et de Russes. Il vaut mieux savoir parler Anglais. Il faut avoir des bonnes jambes ou utiliser le service des navettes pour se déplacer, surtout si vous avez une chambre en haut du resort et on veut remonter de la plage. J'avais 170 marches je la piscine pour adultes jusqu'à ma chambre... Les massages au Spa, sont au top. Si non, c'est un dépaysement totale, un endroit pour se détendre. J'y retournerai.

I was very surprised by Rotana Cove Resort. I felt very comfortable and the staff also played a very important role in this. Everyone is very friendly, helpful and never intrusive. I will definitely be back.

This is not a 5 star resort in anyway - more like a 3 star. The resort is lovely but its operational style is a disaster. To many issues to mention - but the most unbelievable one was that the last breakfast was at 10.30 - we arrived at 10.15 but 10.45 they were already clearing away the food so we couldn't finish breakfast. I paid over US$500 for one night. To be treated like this - unacceptable - I will never go back.

This is outdated and older hotel, they need to start updating, the rooms are small, and doesn’t have iron or ironing board. You need to use golf carts to go to your room, and when I ordered the cart to check out it took them forever to send one.

Beautiful resort, peaceful, quiet, well ornamented with lights and beautiful trees and small roads of cobble stone. Lovely beach and beautiful pools (3 total). Staff is amazing and understanding and goes the extra mile to help out. For instance, I wanted a closer look to the sea and they helped me getting another room for my second day with a closer seaview. The only thing that could be improved a bit is the speed at which one can obtain a buggy to get around. Nonetheless, the resort is walkable for the most part, withstanding the weather. Overall great place, private, quiet, neat, well designed. Totally worth it.

Our stay was okay but the room was definitely not worth the price at all. It was overpriced multiple times of what it is worth. The room was tiny and had a smell of mold. The bed was rock solid. We woke up with sore body. Otherwise barbeque event was nice. The location is great and once you are out of the room and walk a bit, the view is nice. Not sure if I want to come back. We paid way too much for it.

Excellent setup. Very nice views from rooms. The rooms are spacious. The beach is far to walk but the pool is very large ... Nice bars. The buffet was too hectic as many package tourists were there. The personnel was friendly. The front office, esp. Anastasia was very friendly and professional. The food quality could be better. We loved it and highly recommend this place. Very nice family vacation.

Nice view from the reception area. But a staff at the restaurant had an unpolite attitude. It would have been better if she had an attitude appropriate with hospitality business. Hotel is not an immigration office.

The service was very poor and obviously understaffed for the number of guests. The hotel is really nice with a special vibe but it is a little outdated. Food was expensive and with an average quality. Check in took sometime. Beach was very clean. Good for families with young children

Amazing Establishment - BUT Poor Service
We originally had booked 2 rooms. Both rooms were given late. 1st room 8020 and then one hour later 8012. We also requested both rooms be next to each other when we initially booked the rooms from Hotels.com. Also we did not get the view from the room which we originally had booked for (Deluxe Room) which we paid extra for. Then after getting the key to 8020 - as we were walking to van to take us to the room, I noticed where my luggage was on the trolley, there was also someone else's garments which were on top of my luggage - to be exact it was on top of my 7 month old's foldable bed. In current conditions with COVID, this was very appalling. I raised the concern to the attendant who was putting other peoples garments on top of my luggage - at which the attendant completely ignored my concern. Then I went back into the reception and raised the issue, and also raised the issue with Ibrahim (Front end manager). The difficult part was obtaining a van to take us to and from the beach + pool. Waiting time was ridiculous as we had to make several calls because we had a children 5yrs and below with us, walking in the heat was difficult for them. At one point when we were taken from beach back to our rooms - the driver made another stop to pick up additional guests to pack the vehicle. Now this is another COVID precaution red flag - especially with a newborn in the vehicle the driver was mixing up guests.

When I booked the villa. I thought it will be amazing, but I faced the fact of facility had old furniture , bad smells , unclean and in safety pool , old style bathrooms need to be changed. Really I would never go back there again.

To be fair the major influence is the fact that the COVID-19 conditions made it very difficult to enjoy. We were relegated to pool or room and restricted restaurant services So we did not even stay the night. A case of wrong timing.

Very Bad Stay.
Dears, My experience was very bad, this was my first visit to this hotel and unfortunately it will be the last, and here I will mention a few points : 1- The room was smelly and dusty. 2- The Tv signal was lost and there was no channels at all 3- The Sink was broken and whole was blocked adding to that we found that the water that is coming from the water faucet was yellow! means not clean. 4- The service was very poor due to the current circumstances so it was taking like 20 - 25 mins to get car for transportation between the rooms and the Main restaurant or to the beach. 5- My wife passed out due to the heat on the beach and they didn't send a car to pick us from there for more than 35 mins!! more than 5 calls to reception and no response. IN the end I had to check out 1 day before my check out due to this poor service.
