'We have stayed at the Gumprecht House several times and it is perfect for our family (18 months to 77!). The location is perfect, whether we are at the beach, out on the lake with our boat and wave runners, taking the kids to the very close park, playing pickle ball or strolling the streets of the lovely village. If not walking, our favorite mode of transportation is bicycling. The house is roomy and beautiful with 5 bedrooms and many sitting areas on the main floor. We shall be returning...

'This was a great house to stay at as we explored the Coeur d'Alene area. The house was well-equipped with everything we needed to be comfortable and our kids loved the loft area and games! They especially enjoyed playing table tennis. The beds were very comfortable and it was nice having a patio to hang out on in the evenings. Things to note: The road to the home is a one-lane gravel road with some pretty steep areas and drop offs (no guard rails). We rented a Nissan Rogue and did not have any...

'Thank you Jerry for the wonderful week. There was something for everyone to do. From the oldest to youngest, all got along super well and were busy from dawn to dusk. Playing in the water, kayaking, canoeing, swimming, etc. Your kitchen is super stocked with every gadget anyone would need. Don't ever sell your place it is truly a prime spot on CDA Lake! 'This condo and location exceeded our expectations. The amenities, decor, cleanliness, and waterfront view were top notch. The hosts are very friendly and responsive with detailed instructions for check-in/check-out and things to do in the area. We will definitely be back as we had the best time and loved everything about our stay. Highly recommend! '

'It was our families first time in Coeur D’ Alene and the location of property was very convenient and gave us the full experience . It was easy to navigate the lake and only 20 min from downtown . Very private . The views were breathtaking and the fire pit area was our kids favorite . Lots of memories made . They provided a lot of lake equipment which was also very much appreciated and used . The kids loved the bunk room and the house really gave you the cabin on the lake feel . Great vacation...

'Our family of 5 had a wonderful stay over the 4th of July weekend. The cabin and amenities were perfect, very comfortable and spacious. The layout is cool and the views of the lake were perfect. We could see the fireworks through the trees. Location is close to town but just far enough away that it's not convenient to walk anywhere which was a bummer for us.'

'This cabin was perfect for us! Right between priest lake and pend orielle river. We loved being able to walk down the drive way to get breakfast- there is a walk up coffee shop on the property as well as a store that sells HUCKLEBERRY PIES!!! Sandy was a great host and very quick to respond. The cabin is very clean and comes with everything you’d need- a coffee maker, microwave and mini fridge. We will definitely be staying here again.'

'The house was clean. The backyard had a 6 foot wooden fence that was perfect for the dog. It was what we needed. We live local and needed a place while our bathroom was remodeled. It had what we needed, was clean and is an older home just like ours, so it was like being home. We will stay here again.'
