'The mobile homes are nice, cosy, clean, comfortable and give a feeling of 'glamping'. The full area of the resort is nicely organized with a private beach, swimming pool, restaurant and supermarket. 'Service en ligging van de accommodatie is geweldig. De kamer is netjes. De bedden zijn echter zeer slecht de matrassen zijn aan vervanging toe. Dit geld ook voor de koelkast. De kamer is erg gehorig.'

'We got an entire apartment to ourselves. It is located in a township area and is easily accessible to a couple of beaches, club (fitness center and sports). The only thing that we found restricting was the options for food. But overall a great experience and time well spent. Great stay and we'd love to go back again :)'

'Aardig personeel, leuk aangekleed en verzorgd. Het enige minpunt was dat in 2 verschillende appartementen de douche verstopt zat en je dus niet kon douchen zonder dat het hele appartement blank stond, je was dus genoodzaakt een militaire douche te nemen. '

'Great and central location in Zadar and easy to reach everything. The manager was very friendly and helpful, which made check-in and the stay simple. The apartment was clean, tidy, and matched the description, so everything was as expected. Overall, a good and straightforward place for a short stay.'

'Great holiday property'

'Heerlijke plek in de oude stad. Studio 1 heeft 2 aparte bedden, keuken, tafel en 2 stoelen op de 1e verdieping. Geen lift. Aardige ontvangst, flexibel, meedenkend en een probleempje werd snel opgelost. Op loopafstand van alles: zeeorgel, zonnegroet, busstation (25 min naar airport), ferry en restaurants. Prima bedden en leuk bankje om buiten te ontbijten. Aanrader!!!'

'We arrived at Vila Nika to discover that it had been booked already but the owner gave us a room in the Boutique Cosmopolis situated opposite. The view was much prettier, we could see the sunset on the sea, it was beautiful. However there was no kitchenette so we struggled a fair bit in terms of cleaning cups/spoons/etc where we had to use the sink in the bathroom. 'Notre hôte a été adorable, nous permettant de nous installer avant l'heure. Le studio était tout confort, très bien équipé et chaleureux. Idéal pour un couple. La literie était parfaite. Un parking est à disposition et c'est vraiment pratique. L'emplacement est relativement proche de la vieille ville (environ 2,5kms). Je recommande vivement.'

'Twee zwembaden betekent dubbele pret. Kleine stacaravan maar prima. Lekkere pizza. Hele aardige eigenaar. Meer beschutting bij de stacaravans zou fijn zijn. En iets meer keuze in eten bij de pizzeria. We hebben een prima week gehad.'

'The best apartment I've stayed in Really clean, comfy beds, lovely bathrooms Couldn't fault it. Great location for beach and restaurants, the pancake cafe was our favourite. No supermarket that close if you're walking. Great roof terrace with hot tub overlooking the sea !!!'

'When we arrived we were welcomed in a very easygoing and relaxed way by the girl at the reception. She even let us settle in first and said to come back later to do the passports/paperwork. Very nice! The apartment we got was on the top floor and had a huge balcony. It was great! Try to get the apartment on the top floor if you want a lot of space to sit outside. The parking space is limited during high season, but there is always a spot somewhere if you look around. There isn't really a lot...

'At the day of arrival, we were contacted by our host to make us feel welcome. The welcome itself was great! The accommodation is just like you see in the pictures (no photoshop!). Raymonda and Laura (household help and host) were terrific! The view is amazing and we went to the city center multiple times for dining: check restaurant Bruschetta! We had a splendid, amazing, fantastic stay at villa Tina!'

"Alles prima in orde; het enige vreemde was een plastic zakje om de brandmelder in de kamer. Uitstekend hotel, maar gelegen op minder rustieke plek: tussen woonflats in buitenwijk. Toch op loopafstand (ca. 15 minuten) van toeristische oude stad/boulevard en busstation (ca. 20 minuten, treinstation in 2025 niet functioneel). Diverse supermarktjes in de onmiddellijke omgeving. Soort van busstop vlak voor hotel, maar we hebben niet de moeite genomen uit te zoeken hoe het raadselachtige OV in Zadar precies werkt."

"Our stay at Falkensteiner Zadar was disappointing and far from what you'd expect from a 5-star hotel. I had to call the reception at least five times within an hour before anyone answered. After requesting some basic items, it took another hour for them to arrive. Bathrobes for kids were missing, and since no one picked up the phone, I had to go to the reception myself—something that could’ve been avoided if the room was properly prepared based on the reservation. The hotel charges €13/day for parking, which feels unreasonable given the location on the outskirts and the fact that the garage was only 25% full during pre-season. Ice cream is only served at dinner, and the kindergarten for kids under 3 is free for just 2 hours, staffed by only one person. Despite being half full, the service was slow and inconsistent. I can't imagine the situation when it's at full capacity. To top it off, they include a €10/day “voluntary” tip by default, which is unacceptable. On the plus side, the rooms are spacious and the food was mostly good (aside from the beef soup). Still, compared to similar family hotels like Amarin or Lišanj, this one does not justify its high price or 5-star label."
