Een prachtig oud pand, zeer goede badkamer, ruime kamer. Zeer behulpzaam personeel. Je voel jeje echt welkom. En geweldige locatie. Er zijn wat trappen in het huis, dus als je problemen mee hebt, minder geschikt. Trappen zijn niet moeilijk en voegen veel charme aan het huis. Zeker een aanrader!!!

Vackert hus i bra läge.
Ett spännande hus med vackra målningar gjorda av ägaren. Bekvämt rum med bra läge. Sommartid finns en stor innergård och terrass som säkert är fantastisk, var där i november så inte säsong. Trevliga allmänna utrymmen och god frukost.

Great location within walking distance to many UNESCO sites. Beautiful home with with lots of art, a wonderful breakfast area and terrace. It’s clean and comfortable. Staff is very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The breakfast had many excellent breads, cakes and muffins which are made on site, as well an assortment of meats, cheeses, fruit and yogurt. Our only regret is we didn’t stay longer.

Federicko & Anna were wonderful hosts, friendly and very accomidating. The Bed & Breakfast was beautiful and the antiques gave character to the hotel. We enjoyed Federicko's homemade cakes for breakfast as well as the other offerings. Their recommendations for dinner were spot-on; very delicious. The hotel is in an excellent location as we were able to sight-see within walking distance and were able to walk to and from the train station. I highly recommend this Bed & Breakfast and will stay again when in the area.

Be prepared for walking up multiple levels to your room and back doown for breakfast and front door. Rooms were very nice, garden area as well.

Stayed one night to see mosiaics before boarding cruise ship. Staff were great. Room was excellent with very comfy bed - much appreciated after a long trip across the pond. Was able to store my luggage while I went sightseeing. It really was perfect for my needs. Thank you.

I loved all of the art and antiques everywhere. The owner is the painter of the the large portraits seen in the photos and he is so sweet. My room was lovely and very comfortable. Beware that there is no elevator and many steps up to my room. Breakfast in the courtyard was perfect with wonderful coffee and delicious cakes, cheese and ham. It was convenient to the center of Ravenna and there was an indoor garage nearby to park my car for 15 euros/day. I would definitely return!

We stayed in 4 different cities in Italy and this was our favorite stay. The Inn itself is incredibly charming and had many lovely spaces as well as amenities to enjoy. It was also very close to great shopping and restaurants, including gelato! Very safe neighborhood as well.

The most quaint B&B I have ever stayed at! Bed was incredible, room was spotless, breakfast was amazing. It was a little difficult to spot (small sign) and not the most convenient set up for check-in/check-out. You need to buzz, and wait for someone to arrive to let you in. It looks like they are in the midst of putting in an outdoor bar/lounge, and it should be fabulous!

Wonderful place with great hospitality
This is a wonderful B&B! Located very conveniently to everything in this wonderful must-visit city. The place is a gem - charming, filled with all kinds of interesting period pieces of decor, while the room itself was totally modern and comfortable and impeccably clean. We had what is called the apartment - which was much more room than we anticipated - we could have set up housekeeping here! Feddy, our host, is wonderful - warm, welcoming, extremely accommodating and helpful. He made sure to be there to carry our bags down the stairs, as he had helped us up on arrival. They even have a coffeemaker and chilled wine available on a complimentary basis at all hours for the guests. The bed was very comfortable, very workable bathroom with a good shower and plenty of hot water. This is a charming and comfortable place to stay which we would strongly recommend!

Wonderful experience. Ana and Fede are great hosts. Beware The phonr numbers listed on expedia is not valid they cannot get expedia to update the phone numbers. The best sramble eggs and omelette for breakfast made by Ana . Anf we have dined in a lot of upscale breskfast restaurants all over the world. Location is best within walking distance to best restaurants. Highly recommended

Über die Unterkunft kann ich nur Positives sagen! Sehr freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal, Einrichtung originell : Mix aus modern und antik. Kurze Wege zu allen historischen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Die einzige Schwierigkeit im Vorfeld: Expedia hatte die falsche Telefonnummer angegeben! Ich hatte mich genauer über die Parkmöglichkeiten informieren wollen. Bitte korrigieren!

je ne peux que recommander cette location. Très bien située pour visiter la ville à pied, pour sortir diner, pour se garer. L appartement a un charme particulier avec les trouvailles du papa fan d 'antiquités, un vrai musée. Petit déjeuner avec des pâtisseries délicieuses faites maison par Fédérico , qui est un hôte charmant et disponible avec qui on sympathise tout de suite. Un merci à Anna pour le service et la gentillesse. Alors n attendez plus, foncez à Ravenna c est trop beau

A place with lots of personality. The house is old, which adds to the charm, the rooms are brand new, large and comfortable. The cleaning staff should clean more during the stay, not only do the bed, but take away dirty cups, trash and tidy up towels. The breakfast was copious and lovely in a beautiful setting. I wish the plugs in the room worked - had to drag the fridge elsewhere so the plug would fit and the tea kettle put in the bathroom for same. Check lightbulbs. Otherwise, I would return because it was really charming and certainly right in the center of things.

Palazzo d’epoca recentemente ristrutturato, In zona centralissima e vicina a tutto. Personale cordiale. Ho soggiornato due notti con famiglia al seguito. La camera non è stata rifatta a causa di un disguido… si sono scusati, ma la trovo una mancanza importante. Per il resto, davvero ottimo..

Mi dispiace del disguido ma e' indicato nelle informazioni ai clienti che dalla pandemia Covid per limitare al massimo il contatto , la camera viene rifatta durante il soggiorno solo su richiesta

A GREAT STAY IN RAVENNA
Our hosts, Raimonda and Esther, made us feel at home from the moment we arrived 2 hours early! Our clean, quiet, artistically appointed room was a delightful suite that sleeps 5. With great beds, fresco-covered ceiling and a large well-equipped bathroom, we felt like we'd found a second home. The ladies answered every question - from where to eat an authentic local meal to dealing with the train to Venice. With fresh pastries, yogurt, ham, cheese and great coffee, our daily breakfast was a highlight and left us fortified to visit all the local attractions. On our next say in Ravenna, we will definitely stay here.
