Traumatic Experience
This was a traumatic experience. The room we booked well in advance was not available. It was given to other guests who arrived a day before. We know this because we understand Italian and heard the receptionist saying so on the phone to the manager. The receptionist could provide the last remaining room overlooking the main busy and noisy street. The receptionist tried to convince us that the rooms they provide are not according to the picture appearing on the booking website. When we insisted that we should get the room we paid for they were upset and harassed us even by threatening to call the police. We had no choice but to leave and book another hotel nearby.

Visto che la Signora capisce perfettamente l'Italiano , tengo a comunicare cosi come abbiamo comunicato subito dopo l'accaduto a Expedia , che esiste una Denuncia presso la Polizia per la Signora Milovanovic Cassar Jadranka per aggressione fisica e verbale ,insulti e danni al computer della Reception ,il tutto solo perchè . la camera non era quella della foto e non si riusciva a far capire alla Signora che la foto è indicativa e se lei lo avesse specificato nella prenotazione , avremmo fatto il possibile . Ripetiamo che sono ospiti da noi non graditi La Direzione

hôtel accueillant, confortable, beau jardin
Ascenseur à utiliser qu'à partir de 8 h jusqu'à 21 h. Bien sûr, il n'y a que 2 étages, mais il faut penser aux personnes ayant des difficultés avec les escaliers.Cela, évidemment, garanti la tranquillité de l'hôtel.

Lovely hotel near Ravenna's historic treasures
Hotel Sant'Andrea is located on a quiet street, with a lovely common space, and friendly, helpful staff that gave us excellent recommendations for eating. We would definitely return and recommend this hotel to friends.

Beautiful Hotel
Beautiful hotel in the heart of Ravenna, close to everything. Lovely furniture and rooms, very clean and modern but with an old world feel. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful.

Lovely hotel, would stay here again
Enjoy hotels with few rooms, this one has 12, spacious rooms. Excellent staff. Walking distance from Basilica St Vitale . Very nice garden where you can have your breakfast and drinks

In the right place!
Room converted attic space. Cannot recommend for anyone over 5 feet tall without fear for a head injury. unable to walk around bed without ducking Staff helpful but not all spoke very good English. Great location!

Stayed four nights. Friendly, helpful reception. lift to first floor room No 106. Good choice continental breakfast ( no eggs or hot food). Very near St Vitale and to Via Maggiore, 62, where we enjoyed good food each night at Al Corte restaurant. Would stay here again.

The best in every category
Of the three Italy hotels booked through Hotels.com for this trip, this was far and away the best. Very clean. Very roomy room. Great, patient and helpful staff. Terrific free continental breakfast.

Хороший отель. Для маленького города расположен хорошо. До всех достопримечательностей дойти за 5 -10 минут дойти можно. Отель от вокзала найти легко. По городу карты везде развешены и имея адрес не заблудишься. В номере чисто и уютно. Завтрак стандартный для Италии, что, увы, означает - без горячего. Повторюсь, отель понравился и для проживания рекомендую.

Luxurious hotel with great staff
This was the best of several hotels we stayed in on a trip round the region. the room was spacious and overlooking a beautiful garden where we enjoyed breakfast several mornings. The hotel felt peaceful and the ambience was very relaxing.

Charming Stay
This is a charming hotel. The room and bathroom were spacious, and we had plenty of pillows. The bed was hard, but an otherwise perfect stay. Checkin staff were helpful, and we enjoyed the breakfast.

Un gioiello! and with style
Perfetto. The hotel used to be a private residence and has retained the feel and details of an upscale family villa. Rooms are comfortable, ours had a terrace too. Bath was brand new and clean. A diamond in the rough, especially for the price. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Parking for ALL hotels in the center of Ravenna is off site for about EUR 3/day, with 24/7 attendants.

The Sant Andrea is very conveniently located in a safe neighborhood. The rates were very good. My room was super comfortable. Breakfast was delicioso! Everyone there was oh so helpful with any and all problems and questions. Even after only 2 days, I was sad to leave!

Quiet hotel with pleasant garden
Once we'd managed to find the hotel by car, we found the receptionist delightful and extremely helpful. We had gathered from your website that the hotel had private parking but, in fact, it uses a public carpark several blocks away. A second receptionist was just as helpful in giving us the tortuous directions to enable us to bring the car to the hotel to load up! Would have rated the room 5 rather than 4 if only the lighting had been better.

Freundlicher Empfang, schönes, gemütliches Zimmer. Zentral gelegen, mitten in der historischen Innenstadt. Und frühstücken im Garten in der Morgensonne ist einfach prima!
