Le restaurant juste au rez de chaussée un délice .....et je vous conseille les gambas et les pizzas du chef

It was such a great place to escape the heat, the stress of driving around Sicily using google maps, and traveling in general. Masseria del Carboj has modern amenities, nice aesthetics, a beautiful pool in the middle of vineyard, and feels like you're in Napa valley. The restaurant (Racina) at the hotel is absolutely amazing, like Michelin star level food, so definitely eat here when you stay. '

'Loved this property. So welcoming. Home cooked food was quick and tasty. Amazing fish pasta followed by sea bass. Can't complain about that! Didn't have time to enjoy it but the pool looked amazing. Breakfast relied on a bit more processed and pre packaged pastries than I'd like. There was a good choice though and plenty to fuel us for the day. A great stopover. Remote and peaceful.'

Geen WiFi bereik op kamers. Ontbijt redelijk goed, in een mooie zaal met uitzicht over de baai. Ca. 10 minuten lopen naar de kleine baai, met niet al te beste restaurantjes. Mooi en rustig strand eveneens 10 minuten lopen.'
