'Our family of 5 stayed at the Gingerbread Cottage for 3 nights to celebrate our daughter's college graduation from JMU. The location was ideal as it was not far from Harrisonburg and close to restaurants. We had fun at Cave Hill Brewery, which was close and had great meals at Thunderbird Cafe (breakfast) and Hank's (great bbq dinner). We highly recommend staying at this property and would return if in the area again. '

We appreciated how well stocked the place was with towels, kitchen stuff, toiletries, & activities on site for kids & adults. The host thought of everything & went the extra mile with personal touches. She was also very responsive to messages. Our kids were so excited about the glow in the dark mini golf balls. 'We rented this house for our daughter’s graduation from James Madison University. It was perfect in every way. It was absolutely beautiful, cozy, clean, spacious and in a great location with plenty to do. There were 14 of us staying and was plenty of room. The owners were accommodating and a pleasure to deal with. The space provided a lot to do with a game room, hot tub, media center and gorgeous outdoor space.
