'Very professional, friendly and helpful staff. The room is very clean and comfortable overall. Cool and quiet air conditioning (which I personally value the most!) shower water pressure is strong and great, supplied toiletries are very nice. wifi strength in the room is perfect. Stable speed capped at ~10MB/s which is completely fine and expected. '

'The building is 3 floors apartment, no elevator. It’s in a quiet area of Banchang district. The street in front of the hotel is narrow. The room is clean and spacious. The mattress is good but the pillows are high and hard. The hospitality is good. Having own transportation is a must.'

The staff member there was not friendly and appeared unhappy to be working, which left a negative impression. We hope the hotel management takes note of this, as such interactions can affect the overall guest experience and the hotel’s brand reputation.

The pool area was 5/5, it was really nice to stay there during the day and the evening. Staff and the hotel owner were really helpful and nice. I warmly recommend to stay here!'

'Was here for 2 nights,, should have stayed longer, right on the beach. It's not Pattaya, but is only 30minutes drive south.. lovely rooms, lovely food, lovely staff, perfect place to relax and recharge. The hotel is modern with a lift (thank god) as I was on the 5th floor.
Breakfast isn't included, but is not expensive, the lunch and dinner menu has a large selection, all the food I had here was good.'

'Het personeel is zeer behulpzaam, zeker deze in de restaurants.
Het zwembad en strand is echter in 2 gescheiden, een groter deel voor de villa eigenaren, niet toegankelijk voor de hotelgasten en het gedeelte voor het hotel.
Wat geeft dat aan de kant van de villa’s er slechts enkele mensen verbleven en aan de kant van het hotel, het overvol was.
Kamers zijn ruim en goed te noemen. Bijgevolg een hotel om aan te bevelen.'

Bang Saray restaurants only a 15-20 drive.
