Reading is the perfect hub for travels in and around London - this property allowed us to stay in a 2-bedroom flat with kitchen, washer/dryer; everything is walkable - we loved it and would stay there again.

Good location but noisy
Great location in the center of Reading a short walk from the station. Located close to bus routes linking with sites in the area. It is a bit noisy as the seals around the windows seem to have perished a little.

Great stay, right in the centre of Reading. A whole one bedroomed apartment, kitchen equipped dishwasher and washer/dryer. Yea and coffee provided. Great communication. Great price. Secure car parking underneath apartments. My only negative is there wasn’t a mattress protector on the bed.

The flat was very noisy, we could ear everything that was happening in the busy street bellow and the bed was very small for 2 people. It is very central and with all appliances needed for medium to long term stay.

I did not receive my VIP perk which was supposed to be a bottle of wine. I forgot to ask about it and made a mistake when completing the Expedia check in feedback by saying that I had received the wine....we never did. This property is PERFECT for the location to restaurants, the grocery store (Sainsburys, M&S Food), shopping, the bus line, you name it. That is why we booked this specific unit, along with the available space for a week long stay. I am not sure if we were supposed to receive daily housekeeping or not. We did not receive any housekeeping all week so maybe I am wrong. I did not follow up with the front desk. Our specific flat was not open with the kitchen like what is shown in the photo. Our kitchen was in a different closed room which was disappointing.

Apartment itself is good, staff are friendly and helpful, location also convenient, PPC just no air conditioning but window in one of the two rooms are basically unable to be opened, and not allowing good ventilation. Area nearby extremely noisy at night time from pubs and drunk persons on the street until 3am every night.

The room was basic but had the essentials. The location was central but incredibly noisy. There was a alarm the went off in the early hours of the morning On each night we stayed so spent the days exhausted. Would not stay here again

Nice place
Really nice place, service was good when I didn't realise reception shut at 9pm - they had a backup plan. Only problems I had were a leaky gutter causing a lot of noise in the courtyard and kettle didn't work, but I'm sure they'll be fixed soon!

I booked 3 rooms. The hotel were accommodating when we arrived to allowed us parking earlier than check-in; however, it went down hill from there. We checked in later than evening to discover our 3 rooms were separate, not by floors by different hotel locations, 2 rooms were located within 1 building and the other room located down the road. This was the first disappointment of the evening that the hotel could not accommodate all 3 rooms which were booked under the same booking reference in the same location. Furthermore, my grandfathers room were up several sets of stairs, an elderly gentlemen who is partially disabled. This caused problems as the lift was broken with a gentleman due out to fix it that evening but never turned up, between the 5 of us we managed to get my grandfather up to his room. All rooms were meant to have amenities in them, only 1 room had wine in with the others not, 2 rooms had bottled water with the 3rd no water - in consistencies was very common! Lastly & least disappointing a neighbor to one of our rooms (in the main block) had a party all night long with several guest arriving during the evening, excessively loud music and banging throughout the night. An interrupted / lack of sleep is an understatement. When checking out (with the receptionist only turning up at gone 10am); we explained the above to her. She apologies and gave 1 bottle of wine as a gesture. Unfortunately we will not be recommending or staying at premier suites again!
