In reality, the apartment is in a completely different and inferior location far from the center. The exterior, balcony, and surroundings do not match the listing photos at all — clear location misrepresentation. At check-in the apartment was not cleaned or prepared: no bed linens, no towels, no toilet paper, and dirty dishes in the dishwasher. The unit...

'Stay away from this property. It’s extremely dirty. Infested with bedbugs. My husband is extremely allergic and We ended up at a clinic. Customer service for this property sucks. We did not know we needed to bring our own sheets and they were not helpful when we called them to get some. You can find better properties for the same price. Please stay away from this. I wish I had read all the reviews before I booked it.'

'The chalet was absolutely magical. We brought our multigenerational family here, and there was plenty of space for our family of 14. The kitchen was literally the nicest one I have ever rented in all my years of travel, and the living room and dining room are vast, and easily allowed us all to enjoy the spaces the together. A major perk of the chalet is the vast amount of storage everywhere-- there is plenty of room for all of your stuff-- luggage, snowboards, ski gear, boots, shoes, multiple...
