'After the first night we were completely ignored as far as getting our room made up even after putting the please make up room sign on the door each day. I don’t care about a made bed, and we can reuse the towels. But having to go down to the lobby for cups and to get coffee. We also on the second morning had to bring down our own garbage bags and get clean liners so they wouldn’t overflow.
When they say basic amenities, they really mean it. The body was and shampoo were the same...
