There is no ironing board in each room. They have mouse traps under the beds and around the hotel and yes I saw a mouse in my room. Once it ran out I put something against the doors to keep it from coming in. I guess for the price you get what you get. I guess I’m just paying for the room itself and not the amenities. 'This is the second time we've stayed at this property and both times we've had to have our room switched. The first time, someone was obviously smoking in the room. The windows were open and there were ashes in the window sill. We assumed it was the cleaning staff but the room stank and we didn't want to be blamed. They moved us to a new room. We needed to leave for dinner and didn't look closely around until we returned. This room still had a dirty wash rag in the shower, but at this point it...

'I stayed with my family for 1 day and we had a great experience. Staffs were polite and attentive, breakfast was delicious and a lot of options. In addition to this, we loved how there were many restaurants nearby. I definitely recommend this hotel and I would visit again.'

'The worst hotel experience! Very dirty, mold in corners, mice scat everywhere! Mice chewed through my snacks on counter. The vent in bathroom and heater/AC vent both full of lint, as if not cleaned in months. roaches hiding in bathroom. Signs everywhere for 250$ smokers cleaning fee and the room already reeks of cigarette smoke from other rooms. The continental breakfast was very lame, just bread for toast and cereal. coffee and juice. Also windows very outdated, children could easily fall out.'

'I only stayed here for overnight, but the room was beautiful. Comfortable bathroom was clean. Kitchen area was clean. Check-in was easy. Staff was wonderful accommodated you with everything. I left my water bottle in the room and they let me go back up and get it of course with security I would recommend this hotel right across the street to 7-Eleven and another breakfast place.'
