'De accommodatie was prima. Niets meer, niets minder. Personeel was niet erg vriendelijk, op de meneer bij uitschenken na. De vloer in de kamer kan wel eens een dweil gebruiken. Wij hebben een zoontje van 1 en na 3 minuten over de grond kruipen was hij al pikzwart aannhanden en voeten.'

'The property itself was wonderful! A nice little getaway. Loved the fact that it was actually a little bit away from town so it was quiet. Family friendly, clean, and great staff! You have a choice between and indoor or outdoor pool (latter of which is seasonal). Will come back again!'

'We’ve been to the Cape many times, for many years, but this place is very special. The location cannot be beat and having the private beach for a backyard is amazing! The house is very small but had all we needed, was perfect for me and my two kids. The beds were comfortable and the off street parking in the driveway was very nice. If you know Yarmouth, this location is very easy to get to anything you’d want to go to. Thanks for the wonderful weekend!'

'We felt like we were far away from everything but in 5 minutes by car we were at a shopping center and great restaurants. The boathouse loft was well appointed with everything we needed. The owner was welcoming to us and our dog. Amazing view of Swan Pond, a beautiful little salt water estuary we kayaked & paddle-boarded on. Easy access to multiple town beaches & the national seashore beaches! Loved our week-long stay & will be back. '

'We loved staying in The Cottage - it was the perfect fit for our weekend trip and honestly more spacious than I was anticipating! The host was forthcoming with communication and even offered for us to change weekends when the weather seemed it would be crummy! We hope to stay here again next year!'

'Second time staying here, and it was just as lovely as I remembered. The location can't be beat - we spend a lot of time lounging on the deck watching the birds and listening to the ocean, and of course taking many walks on the beach.The living room could use a good reading light near the couch or chairs (the lamp next to the couch is quite dim), but otherwise everything is great!'
