Sorry to hear that you didn't like the Omelet makers or waffle makers. The everything bagels have been a big hit. Were there cereals we didn't have, or possibly yogurt flavors not available? What would you have like for the breakfast?What was the poor customer service you received with front desk staff? I want to make sure it is addressed and followed up on. As soon as I hear back from you, I can work on resolving any issues you experienced.

I apologize for the late response. We are part of the Go Green effort and there are displays on the mirrors in the guest room which indicate that unless requested there isn't stayover service unless you are staying for multiple days. We do pay accordingly but thank you for your input. I know housekeepers are key and of utmost importance to the hotel.

Nicole,I am sorry you didn't like the hot breakfast. I have the omelets makers, waffle machines, hot cereal and cold cereal. Saturday and Sunday our breakfast attendant wasn't in and I apologize if restocking took longer. Please let me know what items you would like. I welcome and appreciate what guests say and appreciate recommendations and/or new ideas. I look forward to hearing from you.
