The home is pet-friendly and family-friendly, with an EV charger, games, pool toys, high chair, and pack `n play provided for your convenience.

Pet fee: $35 per dog, per night (up to 2 dogs, pre-approval required)



Private Damage Waiver: $25 per stay, covers up to $1,000 in accidental damages



Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM



No parties or events



No smoking inside or within 25 feet of doors or neighboring properties



All guests must sign a liability waiver before using amenities
