The space
It is a total retreat from the busyness of the city with a great neighborhood for walking and biking. The home is open and spacious with high ceilings. The wrap around porch is relaxing with it's beautiful views of the Lassen range and many different types of wildlife on the property. The kitchen is fully stocked and wonderful for multiple cooks on the large island. There is also a bbq on the deck. The master bedroom/bath has a jacuzzi jetted tub, a walk in closet and a door off to the front and back porch. Bedroom 2 has a stunning view of the Lassen range. The loft is very spacious and sleeps 4 comfortably. The living room is a great room concept, open to the dining and kitchen.

Walk or bike on the riverfront trails & also peaceful Lema Ranch both just 10 minutes away.
There are several great antique and thrift stores in town. We love Vintage Marketplace.
If you're looking for something smaller than lake Shasta head to Whiskeytown Lake just 35 minutes away. Great for kayaking, fishing and boating.
Our favorite Mexican restaurant in town-Los Gordos on Churn Creek for inexpensive fantastic food, or View 202 for a special night out on the patio overlooking the river. Great for happy hour. Heritage Coffee is a great coffee house just 10 minutes north up I-5. Best breakfast in town- Deja vu downtown.
