'So let me first start off by saying elevators were broken.pool was out of waterwithout order shower had mildew When I did bring it up to the fast they couldn’t do anything cause it was out of their power. I booked June 3 by June 5. They took the pool out of order and said it was gonna be down till July 15 had. Bathroom lighting had a malfunction kept going off blinking every time I would’ve known I would’ve booked somewhere else other customers had complaint will I book again in the future maybe...

'The cleanliness of the rooms could have been a bit better. There was some molding in the shower and mystery spots on the walls of the bathroom all the way to the ceiling. There was also a hole in the bathroom wall. The Mini fridge was filled with rust as well. The staff was great!'

'The room was very clean. Specifically, the young man that was working the front desk when we got in was very helpful--I was very addled brained from traveling and he was very patient! It was nice to have a hot breakfast in the morning-the food was well attended to and the area was kept very clean-great job by the attendent.'

'Nice, economical hotel close to Carowinds theme park. Very clean. Large, neat room. Comfortable beds, but take your own pillow if particular. Breakfast was pretty decent; attendant worked hard to keep everything stocked and clean. Pool is fun...I even had it to myself a bit.'
