'Bed was very comfortable. Also everytime we travel i always have to bring our own Dove soap because of my eczema but to our surprise all the products were Dove. We will definitely recommend and stay here again. '
'Traveling solo with 2 kids under 2 years old and needed to check in early. Ms. CJ and staff made the process so easy! From providing an accessible room on the 1st floor to adding 2 cribs and even offering to assist getting our things into the room. This really made the stay, but I cannot leave out the fact that the place was clean and well kept, the included breakfast was great and had lots of selections and I slept like a baby once my babies were asleep!!!'

'The morning breakfast was very good! I found the items for sale a little high. The staff at the front desk was very professional and friendly Wednesday to Saturday. The young man on Saturday was not friendly at all.'

Wifi is a bit unstable. No restaurant, limited breakfast service. Hotel bar is expensive.

'The staff was great, the rooms were clean and very comfortable and spacious, and breakfast was delicious. The location was very convenient to get to the interstate and Carowinds amusement park, the reason for our stay, was only about 15 minutes away. My only minor complaint was that the pool was extremely cold, but that was as much the weather's fault as the hotel's. It was unseasonably cool at night during our trip and I assume the pool is not heated.'
